Gem Gallerie is Sherwood Park’s oldest, independent jeweller. The storefront has been in its present location for more than 30 years.
The company wanted to strengthen its digital presence to drive customers to the store. We developed a website that ranks high on Google. To bring customers to both the website and shop, we created a social media strategy with Facebook and Instagram campaigns that coincide with life events—graduation, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, engagement season, and Christmas. We also staged a special diamond-cutting ceremony that involved slicing a diamond cake. Publicized on social media, the affair brought jewellery lovers into the store.
