To stay ahead of their competition, the Southwest Smiles dental clinic looked to Focus Communications to develop a marketing strategy and position their brand.
Southwest wanted to increase website traffic and total market share.
We developed several key messages and created a mix of digital content and traditional marketing material to support those messages.
We targeted young parents moving into new southwest communities— men and women 25 – 45, who currently shop in the area and have children who play community sports or attend nearby schools. These millennial’s are family and community oriented. They view the southwest as a central location to fulfill their needs. They encourage their friends to use the brands and service providers that love. They value fitness and healthy living, as well as being socially responsible.
We refreshed the website and added a new SEO campaign with clear messaging that conveyed the Southwest Smiles user experience. Southwest Smiles took on a more active presence in the community, and we drove social media engagement by publishing and promoting community content.
We developed a video series to highlight “Who is” Southwest Smiles.
