Ortona, a gymnastics club geared to making gymnastics available to all ages and financial positions, needed a new website. To create an intuitive site, we tested usability with other gymnastics clubs and built an easy-to-use interface.
On the old website, customers could register online. However, the registration program was clumsy and time-consuming. We developed a new registration system with many entry points, so wayfinding became easy for future gymnasts, schools, coaches in training, and parents. We organized the site by audience and made finding the right classes and programs quick and effortless, enhancing the overall user experience (UX).
Online registration increased dramatically, while the new site and registration system saved Ortona hundreds of administrative hours.
