To promote the orchestra’s Music of David Bowie event, Focus convinced the Symphony to go social. The orchestra had never allowed a videographer on stage. We made this a first. We asked each performer to play their favourite Bowie song—solo. We then captured their performances in 30-second cameos that presented the members as music lovers, whose tastes went beyond classical.

The footage became YouTube pre-roll ads that drove ticket sales.
