Zach recently joined the Focus team with global experience in marketing. He says, "It happens fast: a raised eyebrow, slower scroll, closer read. It may be accompanied by a silent, but profound thought: this brand gets me. This content cuts through the clutter and tells me how this product or service will impact me in a positive way. It’s fleeting. But it happens. And it’s what makes them take action: follow, comment, purchase, send to a friend.
I market for these moments."
